Related Events
Two events will take place at the same venue, either side of CAPSA 2027. These recommended events will create the opportunity to explore and learn more about international and South African developments in the field of pavement engineering.
The events will be hosted by other organisations (ISAP and SANRAL). More information is provided below and will be updated as the respective programmes are developed.
The registration and fees for these two events are separate from CAPSA 2027. More information will be provided by 1 September 2026.
The symposium will be hosted on by the International Society for Asphalt Pavements (ISAP) which is a volunteer organisation of professionals and experts established to share the latest in leading edge asphalt pavement technology worldwide.
The symposium will be lead by international experts and will cover the latest developments in the fields of reclaimed asphalt use, balanced asphalt mix design, binder aging, airfield pavement design, in-pavement sensors, etc.
The South African Road Design System (SARDS) provides a comprehensive framework to facilitate the process of road and pavement design. The workshop is hosted by the South African National Road Agency (SANRAL).
